Perfect Space Living specializes in styling occupied homes and properties that are on the market for sale using an arrangement of furniture, artwork, and accessories.  

 

PSL styles a range of different properties, from a one-bedroom apartment to a multi-level home. We will work on a style best suited for our clients and/or property, geographical area, and target market. We style completely empty properties or work with existing furniture.

I had been looking for someone to perform interior design work on a newly completed construction project. The Process

After our initial call, we'll arrange a time with you to view the property and provide a comprehensive quote for our services. 

 

Upon confirmation of our proposal including fee, loan period and terms and conditions, we will arrange an installation date with you. Our expert property stylists will curate an interior scheme with carefully selected furniture and accessories to complement the style of your home.

 

On installation day, our team will style the property for the commencement of your sales campaign.

The pricing varies depending on the size of the property and the type of furniture required. The best thing to do is to arrange a complimentary on-site quotation with one of our stylists for a more accurate price tailored to your property.

Generally, we work on a lead time of around a week from the initial inquiry or quotation to installation. In peak periods, this could increase to two weeks. We can cater to tight turnarounds wherever possible.
